Asset Management
Forest City has the experience to fulfill the role as the project owner’s representative, focusing on the implementation
of project business plans. We are committed to the long term ownership, management and success of military
family housing projects. In order to realize full value, strong financial performance and provide an exceptional living
experience for residents, we have developed a highly-skilled financial and executive team to ensure that each
project receives the appropriate level of financial commitment to make it a success. Our asset management
services include:

Development
Within the FCMC team is a group of experienced development professionals that are dedicated to the success of a
project right from the start, providing support on everything from land use to floor plan count. As the developer, we
provide the following services:
- Legal structuring and negotiations
- Historic preservation and renovation
- Financial structuring (debt and equity)
- Coordination of engineering design services (including utilities, civil, environmental and surveying)
